TexPart Investigations of Downtown McKinney (2009–2017)

TexPart Paranormal LLC was invited by Chestnut Square in 2009 to become the first paranormal investigation team to explore the downtown McKinney businesses reputed to be haunted, in preparation for the city’s annual GhostWalk event. What began as a single invitation quickly grew into a remarkable opportunity—over the course of eight years, our team investigated more than half of the historic downtown locations.

From 2009 through 2017, TexPart Paranormal conducted initial and follow-up investigations each year, carefully documenting evidence and logging findings. After each investigation cycle, the team produced a short evidence video that was presented annually at the McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC) as part of the GhostWalk festivities.

Beyond investigations, TexPart Paranormal played an active role in the McKinney community. We hosted Ghosthunting 101 classes at the beautiful Chestnut Square, led McKinney History, Ghosts & Legends walking tours through downtown, organized two popular Zombie Walks, and delivered numerous educational presentations at the local library.
